We have a policy and procedure followed by all employees.

We will first issue reminders with 14 days to make contact and/or payment. Following this we will issue a final demand with a late payment fee with 14 days to make payment.

If we receive no correspondence or payment the account will incur a legal review fee and passed onto solicitors to recover the debt. Recovered funds are added to the relevant lessee account.
