These are the Additional Services referred to in Section 3 of the Agreement.

Additional Services shall be provided by the Manager where instructed in accordance with Clauses 3.2–3.6.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “instructed” includes both express and implied instruction. Instruction shall be deemed to have been given where:

• the Client expressly requests or approves the provision of an Additional Service;
• the Client approves a budget that includes provision for the relevant Additional Service; or
• the Client acts in a manner that reasonably demonstrates acceptance of the Manager undertaking the Additional Service.
