Stephen Wiles

Managing Director

Prime Property Management was founded in 2012 by Stephen, who started the company having become frustrated with the poor service and excessive costs from the managing agent of his own flat. Stephen found that there was little advice and guidance available for leaseholders who were unsatisfied with their current managing agents.

Stephen is determined that leaseholders should receive a better deal from their managing agents, and under his guidance Prime have helped numerous leaseholders achieve excellent quality flat management, often at far lower costs. Stephen has over ten years experience in flat management and passionately believes in putting leaseholders in control of their block.

Louise Hebden

Senior Property Manager

For over 8 years, Louise worked within the public sector managing the estate for the Metropolitan Police Service. Louise gained a wealth of experience and understanding within her role as a Building Manager.

Louise works hard to build client relationships and prides herself on providing an efficient and high level of customer service to both leaseholders and tenants. Louise oversees the day to day running and maintenance of many of our north London properties.

Henry Crump

Property Manager

Henry has recently come to us from a background in commercial property management from a large employer in central London. He oversaw complex projects of a sensitive nature and worked alongside partner agencies to support and assist customers. Henry was heavily involved in building management within the organisation, dealing with the buildings across the estate.

Henry understands the importance of communication, customer service, proactivity and uses these skills in his day to day running and maintenance of his properties.

Matt Wiles

Property Manager

Based in the South London and Surrey area, Matt has a wealth of experience in building management, also bringing a background in fire safety to the company.

Katie Williams

Office and Property Manager

Katie is one of our newer members of the team. Joining us in June, with two years managerial experience, Katie handles the efficient day to day running of the office and ensuring that blocks accounts are up to date. Katie also takes care of the day to day running and maintenance of some of properties in South East London. Katie takes care of administrative queries from clients.

Although Katie is new to Prime, she works hard in providing expert customer service and liaises regularly with contractors to ensure the professional management of blocks.
