We provide professional training (including TPI exams), full financial support for relevant qualifications and opportunities to develop new skills -all helping our Primemates stay at the top of their game in the Property Management industry.

Bonnie's story

Bonnie's story

“I joined Prime in February 2022 as a Junior Property Manager, with no previous experience in property management as I was looking for a complete career change. I settled into the role quickly and was soon promoted to Property Manager, where I took on responsibility for a larger portfolio.

During that time, I completed my Level 2, 3 and 4 TPI qualifications, all of which were funded by Prime. This really helped me build a strong foundation of knowledge and hands-on experience, particularly around health and safety and the legislation in leasehold management.

In September 2025, after going through and internal recruitment process, I was promoted to Major Works Coordinator. This was a really exciting step for me and reflected the project management skills I'd developed, as well as my understanding of the Section 20 consultation process.

I genuinely feel supported by the management team at Prime, and that's clear in the opportunities I've been given to develop my career since joining. Prime puts a big focus on professional development and actively encourages people to progress and move between departments. The culture at Prime is a huge part of what makes it such a positive place to work, and it's one of the main reasons I enjoy working here so much. I really believe Prime lives by its values."

“I joined Prime towards the end of 2015 as a Property Manager, when the company was still quite small. It was an exciting time to come on board because the business was growing quickly, and that meant I got involved in lots of different things as we expanded. One of the moments I’m most proud of was helping to open Prime’s second office in Hertfordshire. Building the team there and setting up Prime in the Home Counties was such a rewarding experience, especially seeing first-hand how much of a difference my work made.

From the beginning, I've had amazing support from the Directors, particularly Stephen Wiles, our Managing Director. Having that guidance and encouragement behind me has really helped me take on new challenges and develop in my roles. One of the things I love most about Prime is that hard work is noticed. If you're willing to put the effort in, there are always opportunities to push yourself and more forward in your career.

Property management can definitely be challenging, but I've always believed that the key to doing it well is caring like a homeowner - putting yourself in the client's position and focusing on getting the best outcome for everyone involved. I really enjoyed being part of the process of defining Prime's values, and We care like a homeowner is still my favourite one.

When I look back now, it's incredibly rewarding to see how much Prime has grown, to celebrate the awards we've won together, and see how much the company invests in its people. I'm really proud of everything we've achieved so far and excited to see what the future holds."

“I joined Prime in 2022 as a Legal Manager, straight after finishing my Master’s degree, so it was my first full-time professional role. From the start, I’ve been able to build up my skills and experience within the Legal team, which has given me a really strong foundation in my role.

In 2025, I was promoted to Senior Legal Manager, which was a huge milestone for me and a really proud moment. It felt like a real recognition of the hard work I’d put in since joining. The best part of that promotion has been the chance to broaden my knowledge and take on new challenges especially working on Tribunal and Court filings, which I find both demanding and really rewarding.

A big part of my development has come from the support of Jade, our Head of Legal. Her guidance, encouragement and expertise have made a hige difference to my confidence and growth in the role.

What I really value about Prime is how supportive the environment is. Senior leaders and supervisors are always happy to answer questions, offer advice and help with more complex cases, and managers regularly give feedback and coaching so you always know where you can improve. From early on, Primemates are trusted with real responsibility, client contact and decision-making, which gives you the chance to stretch yourself, learn by doing and grow at your own pace.

Prime is also a company that really believes in promoting from within wherever possible. That means people have the opportunity to step into more senior roles or move into new areas of the business as their skills and interests develop.”

“I joined Prime in 2022 as a Junior Property Manager after previously working as a secondary school French teacher. I was ready for a new challenge and wanted a career where I could progress, so moving into property management felt like the right step. It didn’t take long for me to settle in, and since then I’ve been promoted first to Deputy Property Manager and then to Property Team Manager.

Alongside my role, I’ve also been able to work towards my professional qualifications thanks to Prime’s strong focus on development. I’ve now completed both my Level 3 and Level 4 TPI qualifications, and Prime fully funded them, which I’m really grateful for.

I’ve always found my managers to be incredibly supportive and approachable. They’re always happy to answer questions and share their experience, which has made a huge difference as I’ve grown into my role. At Prime, it genuinely feels like the team has your back.”
