Job Description
You will take on office management responsibilities
and carry out key administration tasks to support the
operations team with.
The role is primarily based at our Bromley office
(requiring physical office presence daily) with occasional attendance required in our Hertfordshire office.
Responsibilities include:
- Office & facilities management
- Assisting with health, safety & compliance
- Operational support- assisting with systems, reporting, collecting data, company communications, company culture and events
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, forward-thinking, and genuinely committed to living our company Purpose, Vision and Values. You’ll be confident using your own initiative, able to work independently (with training and support), and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
Starting salary of £26,265, additional uplift for TPI qualifications and room for progression within the company
