About Stephen
Prime Property Management was founded in 2012 by Stephen, who started the company having become frustrated with the poor service and excessive costs from the managing agent of his own flat.
Stephen found that there was little advice and guidance available for leaseholders who were unsatisfied with their current managing agents. Stephen is determined that leaseholders should receive a better deal from their managing agents, and under his guidance Prime have helped numerous leaseholders achieve excellent quality flat management, often at far lower costs.
Stephen has over ten years experience in flat management and passionately believes in putting leaseholders in control of their block.
