About Molly
Molly joined Prime at the beginning of 2021 and has since become an integral member of the legal team.
Molly graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with First Class Honours in Law. She then went on to complete her masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Moorgate, graduating with a Commendation.
Molly's responsibilities include assisting and advising our clients and individual leaseholders, she also deals with conveyancing and sales queries, lease extensions and varying lease terms. Molly efficiently manages the company secretary duties and companies house filings.
Molly has a great strength in research and keeping up to date with new legislation and case law. Molly has a proactive attitude and has a keen ambition for progression.
