About Molly
With a legal background, Molly joined Prime's legal team in 2021.
After being promoted to Legal Team Manager, she played a pivotal role in streamlining our legal processes and growing the team.
In 2025, Molly transitioned into the role of Head of Operations, where she is responsible for designing and implementing company policies that align with legislation, health and safety standards, and best industry practices- ensuring that Prime’s operations run efficiently, effectively, and in a way that supports long-term growth and stability.
Molly is passionate about internal culture and wellbeing for the teams and works to foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive workplace. She also lead Prime’s charity/volunterring team, strengthening community ties.
