About Kayleigh
Kayleigh joined Prime Property Management in August 2026 as a Junior Property Manager in our Hertfordshire office, bringing with her a strong background in housing administration and resident support.
Before Prime, she worked for a temporary housing provider alongside councils and the Ministry of Justice, and previously in pub property management, coordinating bookings and inspections while resolving grievances between tenants, landlords and managing agents. Kayleigh holds a CIH Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Homeless People and a TQUK Level 2 qualification in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, reflecting her people-first approach to property management. She is motivated to grow within the company, contributing to our core values of caring like a homeowner, getting stuff done and staying ahead.
Known for her clear communication and calm head under pressure, Kayleigh is a reliable and organised addition to the team, always ready to hit the ground running when urgent matters arise.
