About Helena
Helena has come from a background in residential property management at a senior level working for one of the largest letting agents in London.
Helena brings a wealth of knowledge of the lettings industry with 7 years experience in the sector and is also NFOPP & ARLA qualified. Further to this, Helena also holds the IRPM qualification in leasehold management recognised by ARMA and has been in the leasehold industry for 3 years.
In addition to this, Helena is very meticulous, has a keen eye for detail, organised and super-efficient.
Helena wishes to extend her knowledge within the service charge accounts industry and wants to dedicate herself to becoming qualified in this area. Her role is to finalise the end of year accounts, ensure customers are provided with the most accurate information and service charges are estimated appropriately.
