Her finance experience spans a variety of industries, including estates, trading and manufacturing, not-for-profit, and managing all the accounts reconciliations for the Natural History Museum in London.

Gen has a keen eye for detail, and she is well-organised, methodical, and proficient at streamlining processes. She enjoys taking on new responsibilities and developing her roles to maximise output, and she upholds high standards and a proactive and friendly approach to her work.

Being the longest-standing member of the Accounts Team, Gen liaises with creditors, leaseholders, and solicitors, overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the department. She also works closely with the Credit Control Team, the Property Managers, and the Administration Teams to provide ongoing support, advice, and expertise.
