About Aisha
Aisha joined Prime in January 2020, bringing extensive experience from her years in residential block management, where she managed mixed-tenure estates for some of the country’s largest Ground Rent and Freehold investors.
Promoted to Team Manager in April 2021, Aisha has since earned her MIRPM. Now leading the Major Works Team, she plays a crucial role in coordinating substantial repair and redecoration projects, including statutory S.20 works. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing estates to ensure compliance with lease obligations, maintaining financial accountability through precise budgeting and expenditure management, and providing robust support and guidance to her team.
