Supporting emotional wellbeing

At Prime, we believe that supporting mental and emotional wellbeing is just as important as supporting professional development. That’s why we’re proud to share an important milestone our management team has recently achieved.

In partnership with We Talk Wellbeing, all members of our management team have successfully completed the RSPH Level 2 Award in Understanding Emotional Wellbeing. This nationally recognised qualification reflects a shared commitment to building a workplace culture that prioritises empathy, awareness, and support.

Over the course of six in-depth, day-long workshops, our team took part in the Conscious Manager Programme - a transformative training experience designed to help leaders better understand the role emotional wellbeing plays in both personal and professional environments. Topics included identifying signs of mental distress, building supportive communication skills, and creating psychologically safe spaces for teams to thrive.

By completing this programme, our management team has strengthened its ability to:

  • Support staff in maintaining their emotional health
  • Recognise early signs of stress or mental health challenges
  • Foster open, supportive dialogue across all levels of the business
  • Lead with empathy and intention

This investment in training isn’t just a box ticked - it’s a foundational step toward ensuring that wellbeing is woven into the very fabric of our leadership culture.

We are incredibly proud of our managers for embracing this opportunity and leading the way toward a more supportive and emotionally aware workplace. Our thanks go to We Talk Wellbeing for their expertise and guidance throughout the course.

We look forward to continuing our journey of growth - not just in our business outcomes, but in how we care for and support the people who make it all possible.
