In addition to our standard services, we also provide a wide range of additional services which you can instruct us to perform, should the service be required

Additional Services shall be provided by the Manager where instructed in accordance with Clause 3.2

For the purposes of this Agreement, “instructed” includes both express and implied instruction. Instruction shall be deemed to have been given where:

• the Client expressly requests or approves the provision of an Additional Service;
• the Client approves a budget that includes provision for the relevant Additional Service; or
• the Client acts in a manner that reasonably demonstrates acceptance of the Manager undertaking the Additional Service [this would include circumstances in which the Manager is instructed on a premises which due to its nature (eg a high-risk building) requires the provision of an additional service].
