Thank you for completing the required information and for highlighting that you likely require assistance leaving your block in the event of an emergency (such as a fire).
The Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025 came into force on 6 April 2026, placing an onus on Responsible Person(s) to plan for the safe building evacuation of vulnerable residents in the event of a fire or serious incident, this is known as a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP).
As you have highlighted to us that you likely require assistance to leave the block in an emergency, we will now arrange a professional to contact you to carry out a Person Centered Fire Risk Assessment (PCFRA) (either online or in person as per your selected preference).
A PCFRA is a tailored safety assessment that focuses on the specific needs of an individual. This differs from the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) for the building, which considers the fire risks of the building as a whole.
The cost of the PCFRA will be charged to the individual requiring the PCFRA. Usual costs look like:
£320 + VAT for an online assessment, or
£615 + VAT for an in person assessment
You’ll shortly receive an invoice via email, please ensure this is paid so the assessment can be carried out.
The findings of the report will be shared with you, Prime and our client, who will:
Thank you
