We know how important it is that you receive a first class estate management service whilst still keeping the service charge as low as possible.

We deal with all the important block management tasks, including:

  • estimating the annual service charge cost

  • invoicing that cost to the lessees in accordance with the terms of the lease

  • maintaining client bank account (funds held in trust)

  • ensuring accounts are prepared and submitted to companies house

  • ensuring the property is correctly fire risk assessed

Right to manage

Right to manage enables leaseholders to form a majority and take over their block management without the consent of the existing agents. Prime are strong supporters of the right to manage process, because we passionately believe that leaseholders should be in control of their blocks. Prime have carried out numerous successful London right to manage claims in recent years with positive results in every case.

We can provide a complete right to manage solution for your block. We will manage and administer the process in its entirety from start to finish. You don’t have to do anything except give us the go ahead. We will even work at securing the support of at least 50% of the leaseholders if you have not yet done so.
