You can report faults to us in many ways.

Use our report a fault tool on our portal, or contact us by email. Sometimes we are out on site so if we don’t answer the phone straightaway please leave a message – we promise to get back to you quickly!

Please understand that sometimes we have to check with your landlord before progressing the matter.
