You will have one dedicated property manager but everyone is available to help and will have all information readily available in their absence. We have a small group of administrative support staff who work alongside the property managers and line managers for each team who will work with you. Total staff employed is approx. 40 (including a small number of concierge for our sites).

Our prices are based per unit - This is subject to attending site and reviewing the services in place and if the leaseholders have additional requirements.
