Responsibilities:
- Assisting with management of developments/blocks under the company portfolio
- First point of contact for customers/clients contacting the company by phone and email
- Manage keys for contractors, tenants, and leaseholders accurately and securely
- Support with property handovers, ensuring they are completed within set time frames
- Handle utility invoices and assist with onboarding new sites and general queries
- Maintain and organise insurance documentation
Progression:
- Opportunity to move into a Junior Property Manager role
- Opportunity to be promoted within the Administration team (as the team gets bigger!)
Salary & Key Benefits:
- £27,500 - £30,000 DOE

- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays. Annual leave increases with each full year of service (capped at 30 days)
