Helena is a highly qualified professional, holding the MIRPM designation.
She joined Prime in 2019, initially working as a Property Manager before transitioning to the Service Charge Accounts Team in 2022. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and efficiency, Helena consistently excels in everything she does. Her passion for her role drives her to continuously strive for success.
Helena now leads the Accounts Team and oversees their responsibilities which include finalising end-of-year accounts, ensuring customers receive accurate information, and providing well-estimated service charges. Helena has developed a deep expertise in service charge accounts and remains dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
