Helena is highly qualified, holding her MIRPM designation, as well as NFOPP and ARLA certifications.
Additionally, she possesses the IRPM qualification in leasehold management, recognised by ARMA. Helena is meticulous, detail-oriented, organised and highly efficient as well as being a very passionate individual who wishes to thrive within her role.
Helena is responsible for finalising the end-of-year accounts, ensuring customers receive the most accurate information and appropriately estimated service charges. Now in her third year in this position, she has a strong understanding of service charge accounts and is always committed to providing exceptional service.
