About Aisha
Aisha joined Prime in January 2020 and has worked in the residential block management industry for many years, managing mixed tenure estates on behalf of some of the largest Ground Rent/Freehold investors in the country.
Aisha was promoted to Team Manager in April 2021 and has since obtained her MIRPM.
As well as supporting her team, her responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of Estates. Ensuring her clients legal obligations are maintained in accordance with the Lease, overseeing numerous extensive repairs including qualifying S.20 works and redecoration projects, financial accountability (accurate budgeting and spending).
