Holidays
- 25 days (unless you work a 4DW), decreased to 20 days due to 4DW
- After your settling-in period, you'll get + 1 day of holiday for every completed year of service, up to a maximum of 5 years (i.e. up to 5 days)
- Maximum 5 days' carried from one year to the next
Attendance and Reliability bonus
- Discretionary, up to 5% of basic salary
- Paid in April
- Based on excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability in your role
Review bonus
- £30 for each 5-star TrustPilot or Google review where Prime is named
- 5 x 5-star reviews in the relevant period and the award doubles
Training and financial support
- We offer frequent TPI (The Property Institute) training courses, as well as supplier or professional training sessions in the office
- We provide full financial support for TPI and other relevant qualifications
- We'll then pay you more once you pass each exam

- Through the Vitality Healthcare online portal, Primemates benefit from a whole host of discounts on gyms, supermarkets, electronics
