They'll help you to get to grips with the way we do things at Prime, make sure that you get to know other people in the team and answer any questions you may have. They'll get in touch with you before your first day to say, "Hi," and they'll support you during your first week and beyond - helping you to find your way around the office, introducing you to people and checking in with you regularly. Remember, there's no such thing as a silly question as far your Onboarding Buddy's concerned.
